Finding employment for someone who has legal and or criminal issues is difficult here in Colorado, as it is undoubtedly in every other state. Targetting smaller businesses and or people we know, has been a resolution in the past. Larger companies/businesses that want finger prints or criminal histories tend to look only at the person as they appear on paper, rather than meeting them and listening to what they have to say. Difficult? Yes! Impossible? No!
